We started by identifying the core problem: global migration often leaves elders without proper care and support. Gramps aims to bridge this gap by providing health monitoring, emergency response, and access to essential services, ensuring dignity and independence for seniors.

user & competitor research
Through user research and competitor analysis, we identified the key needs of elderly users and their caregivers. Seniors prioritize health monitoring, medication reminders, social engagement, and easy access to medical help. Caregivers need real-time tracking and emergency alerts.
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
four pillars
We structured the app around four key pillars: 1. Health Monitoring – Vitals, heart rate, sleep, and temperature tracking.
2. Medication Management – Reminders, stock checks, and prescription scanning.
3. Emergency & Services – SOS alerts, home visits, medicine delivery, transport.
4. Social Engagement – Clubs (yoga, laughter), community videos, and assisted travel.
